Important: By using Cashflow you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Introduction
Cashflow (the "Service") is an invoice management and cash-flow tool operated by a registered sole trader in Israel. The Service enables users to collect, read, and manage supplier invoices from multiple sources.
Using the Service constitutes agreement to these terms. Anyone who does not agree to these terms should not use the Service.
2. What the Service Does
Cashflow offers the following functionality, depending on the selected plan:
- Reading and extracting data from invoice PDFs and images using AI (Claude AI)
- Automatic sync from external sources: Gmail, Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Green Invoice
- Supplier and payment-terms management
- Cash-flow dashboard and analytics
- Data export and reports
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
3.1 Available Plans
- Free: Up to 20 invoices per month, no charge
- Basic: Up to 50 invoices per month — ₪99/month
- Pro: Up to 150 invoices per month — ₪199/month
- Enterprise: Unlimited invoices — custom pricing
3.2 Billing and Renewal
Payment is charged in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
3.4 Plan Limits
When the monthly invoice limit is reached, adding new invoices is blocked until the next billing cycle begins or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Viewing existing invoices is always available regardless of plan status.
4. Tax Status
The Service is operated by a VAT-exempt sole trader under the Israeli Value Added Tax Law 5736–1976. No VAT is added to payments. Tax receipts for expense reimbursement purposes are available upon request.
5. Intellectual Property

User data (invoices, suppliers, files) remains the property of the user. Cashflow claims no ownership over uploaded content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Cashflow is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Errors in AI/OCR invoice data extraction
- Data loss due to technical failure
- Service availability interruptions
- Business decisions made based on data from the Service
Cashflow's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total payments made in the three months preceding the damage event.
7. Data Retention and Termination
Upon subscription cancellation, user data is retained for 30 additional days and then permanently deleted. You may request a full data export before deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable Use

- Upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, security measures, or access controls
